Maui Sporting Clays
|
|
SPORTING CLAYS is a game that simulates small game hunting. Clay
targets are used to mimic flights of different game birds. There's even
a clay that hops across the ground like a rabbit. An instructor will
guide you through a 12 acre course that is designed to the individual's
ability. You will shoot targets representing: black francolin, pheasant,
dove, chucker, grouse, duck and rabbitt. There are 75 targets in all.
Remember, there are no live birds.
A
computerized game of 5-stand sporting clays featuring the Birdbrain
computer is also offered, with five different levels of difficulty.
This is a fast moving game that can be experienced by all. This course
offers 25 swiftly moving targets that test the proficiency of even the
most accomplished marksman. This program is designed to take anyone,
twelve and up and instruct them on how to handle a shotgun safely.
All instructors are trained and certified by the National Sporting
Clays Association. Safety is the main priority.
NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY. Each customer will be fitted with eye
and hearing protection. Please remember to dress appropriately with
proper footwear (no sandals), hat and sunscreen.
Shotguns, shells, eye and hearing protection are provided.

Kaanapali Beach between the Alii & Westin or at Wailea Beach between the
Four Seasons and Grand Wailea. Rentals of all beach fun toys and expert
and friendly staff to teach you the skills and tricks to make these
activities fun, easier & safe. Includes water trampoline, kayaks,
umbrellas & chairs, snorkel sets, boogie boards, skim boards, wind
surfing, catamaran rides, and in Kaanapali surf lessons and/or surf
boards on an hourly or daily rate.

STAR GAZING TOUR - from the top of Mt Haleakala. You meet at the
summit of Haleakala National Park at the Crater overlook one hour
before sunset to pick up cold weather gear and information. After
sunset, guests will rejoin to pick up and enjoy their meals and then
it will be dark enough to start the show.
