Olives
In August 2004, Olives will unveil a fresh new look that will
put a modern twist on the warm, rustic atmosphere it is so
famous for.
The new Jeffrey Beers design will offer an inviting milieu of
natural hues, golden tones, dark woods, and distressed leather
combined with a sexy, sleek appeal.
Included in the design will be a trademark chef’s farm table
with a view into the open kitchen, a separate lounge area
complete with LCD screens and of course, the stunning view of
Lake Bellagio and the dancing fountains from the dining room
and patio.
Todd English will continue his highly praised Mediterranean
menu of flatbread pizzas, housemade pastas, rotisserie dishes
and flame-licked seafood and meats. Come August 2004, Olives
is sure to be your premium pick for acclaimed Mediterranean
cuisine.

From the expansive display of noodle-filled apothecary jars to
the lavish use of gilt and polished marble, designer Tony
Chi's striking design for Noodles is sleek, modern and
inspired. Chart your own culinary journey of the Far East with
authentic noodle, rice and congee specialties from Thailand,
Japan, China, and Vietnam, as well as Hong Kong-style barbecue
specialties.
