At 12 miles from Tahiti, Moorea, a shredded landscape that ressembles a vast star-shaped garden branching out into eight valleys.

Captain Cook's island has one of the most beautiful lagoons. Its turquoise waters reflect the spectacular harmony of the underwater world where divers might meet turtles, leppard rays or even some scorpion fish amidst coral roes hosting many other species.

Moorea appears to the visitor as a tropical garden filled with silver pineapple fields which is the main agricultural income of the island. In the middle of this fairy landscape, the sky can be seen through the Mou'a Puta (the pierced mountain), according to the legend made by the arrow of demigod Pai.
